Despite the fact that the Kardashians and Jenners look nothing like they did when they first came on our screens in 2007 (wow, has it really been that long?!) We'll say it right now: Khloé Kardashian has undergone the most dramatic makeover of all!

Kendall Jenner and her younger sister Kylie Jenner don't really count because they were youngsters when Keeping Up with the Kardashians began, and they'll certainly look drastically different today. Khloé's appearance, on the other hand, changed slowly during the first few seasons of the show, and then significantly towards the end. And now that KUWTK is finished, she appears to have experienced the most dramatic metamorphosis of her life, looking almost unrecognisable!

Let's go back in time and look at some old photos of the 37-year-old reality star. We can't believe how different she appears in the first and last photos!

We decided to start a decade earlier to explore how much the Good American founder has changed through the years. Khloé donned the deep mahogany fake tan, heavy eyeliner, and nude lip combo that everyone was wearing in 2012. She was always one to keep up with the latest fashions.But, just one year later, her metamorphosis was rather striking, as she dropped the false tan and went for a far more natural cosmetics approach, with lighter hair and lighter (and dare we say, fuller?) brows, proving that she was a genuine beauty.

Khloé's hair has gotten lighter and lighter over the years, eventually staying at a very LA-ready blonde tint, but a lot has changed for her in these three years. (We think Khloé looks great in every hair colour, even red, which she tried briefly, but we have to admit that we are in love with her as a blonde!) Khloé's visage began to change dramatically in 2015, which fans ascribed to weight reduction and maybe cosmetic surgery.

Khloé herself admitted to some of the treatments she's had done, telling Andy Cohen in the Keeping Up With The Kardashians reunion last year that she's had a nose job, Botox, and other injections (possibly fillers?) over the years. We believe some of these procedures are visible in her 2015-2018 photos, as her nose looks to be smaller and thinner, with the tip and nostrils appearing smaller and more raised, and the structure of her face appears to have changed dramatically.

Just when we thought Khloé was perfect and wouldn't want to change anything about her face, she shocked us all by going (what many fans have described as) crazy with the reported cosmetic operations and plastic surgery. Between 2019 and 2021, Khloé began to resemble a completely different person. It's worth noting that Khloé gave birth to her and Tristan Thompson's now three-year-old daughter, True, in 2018, and that the Tristan and Jordyn Woods adultery claims first surfaced in 2019. Changing her appearance dramatically appears to be a theme for Khloé, as she has once again altered herself to unrecognisable proportions in the aftermath of Tristan's latest cheating scandal, this time involving the boy he fathered with Maralee Nichols on his 30th birthday.

While many of the mom-of-more one's daring photos might be linked to filters and other photo altering tools (we all know the Kardashians are addicted to Photoshop for a variety of reasons - we still can't get over Kim Kardashian's recent Photoshop flop! ), It's apparent that her face has changed in ways we couldn't have predicted. In addition to the treatments she has admitted to, it has been believed that Khloé may have had a brow lift from 2012 to 2021 (if you don't believe us, look at how much higher her brows are, and how the curve of her eyes has altered in photographs from 2012 to 2021!). in addition to Botox to attain her wrinkle-free skin, facial fillers (which could possibly include cheek and jaw fillers), and the visible lip fillers, which fans were quite concerned about earlier this month. The difference in her photographs over the last decade is impossible to deny and difficult to comprehend! What are your thoughts on her transformation?

Khloé has continued to amaze her admirers with her metamorphosis this year, thanks mostly to her post-break-up revenge figure, which only seems to get more enviable by the day. Fans were stunned lately by something altogether different: a previously unseen, unedited, and unfiltered photo of Khloé that shows her looking a bit (well, a lot!) different from the Khloé we're used to seeing. How is she *that* different?!

On Monday, July 4th, the practically unrecognisable image (along with a few others) was shared on Reddit, with her ever-changing appearance being the main focus of conversation. Although it's unknown when the photo was taken, Reddit users claimed that it could have been as early as 2018, before the nose job she admitted to undergoing that year. And fans were divided on whether Khloé looked better without makeup and filters! "This is going to be a very unpopular view, but when Khloe is barefaced, it doesn't look like she's gotten a lot of work done," one fan remarked in response to the previously unseen photo. "When she wears makeup, she appears like she's had seven face transplants.""I believe the first photo was taken in 2018, and it's nearly identical to her adolescent images," they continued.

"I think she's had a lot of work done, but I think it's actually the photoshop that makes her unrecognisable," another fan suggested, and numerous more concurred. "Plus a lot of Photoshop," another admirer said, while yet another thought her face had changed the *most* since she began dating Tristan. "Unfortunately, her face has altered a lot since 2018... really ever after Tristan she's gone off the deep end getting work done... sad," a fan commented. "I do believe Khloe performs more photo editing and makeup contouring than the other sisters, and I believe this is part of the reason why every single picture looks so different- because that stuff isn't always as easy to recreate for each shot." "She's had work done, but I believe it's less than you'd expect based on her images," another fan guessed.
